Common questions
What grade levels do you work with?
Middle school through college, and adult learners too. The intake form captures your level so sessions are calibrated appropriately from the start.
Can I switch subjects between sessions?
Yes — packs and bundles can be used across any combination of subjects. Note the subject on each booking form so Jimmy can come prepared.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the session. Inside that window, sessions are non-refundable — but as a one-time courtesy, the payment can be transferred to a future session. Email jet@b2bstem.com as soon as you know.
Do session packs expire?
The 5-session and 10-session bundles are good for 9 months from purchase. Single sessions have no expiration.
How does the Try It session work?
New students only, one time per student. Same 50–55 minute session as any other — just at $25 instead of $40. No strings attached, no automatic follow-up billing.
What is PERT / ALEKS and who needs it?
PERT is Florida's college placement test — your score determines which math course you start in at a Florida state college. ALEKS is a placement tool used by many universities for the same purpose. If you're entering college in Florida and want to place into a higher math course (or avoid remedial classes), placement prep sessions can make a real difference.
